柜臺人員的服務非常親切且專業。
地理位置相當優越，門口即有 59 路電車可直達市區，步行約 7 分鐘即可抵達火車站，交通十分便利。
雖然設備稍顯老舊，但對于我們這種早出晚歸的自由行旅客而言，影響不大。房間內提供微波爐、冰箱及熱水壺，實在非常加分。

The front desk staff were very friendly and professional.
The location is excellent, with Tram Route 59 right outside providing direct access to the city, and the train station is only a seven-minute walk away, which is extremely convenient.
Although the facilities are a bit dated, this did not affect us much as independent travelers who were out most of the day. The room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle, which was a great bonus.

Staff are friendly, beds comfortable and room is clean. The downside is noise, people will drink and talk outside until late hours.

Love staying here the staff are great especially Kathy so friendly. Nothing is too hard her. Room is always clean and tidy.

Staff were very pleasant, room was extremley clean and tidy. Would definetley stay again but room does need some tlc as building and some of the fixings showing their age and repair some minor damages but nothing that affected our stay. Overall was a positive and enjoyful weekend. Thank you for having us and we will definetley be back at the hotel again shortly

The owners Peter and Allison are absolutely amazing, they were so kind, helpful and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and had everything I needed.

Great location, close to tram, train and buses. Lots of fodd options near by. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable albeit eighties in feel

Nice but Noisy
Older Motel but clean and tidy, unfortunately the location is on a very busy road and without some soundproofing efforts it made for a very noisy night.

My daughter and i stayed 1 night before a dance competion nearby, so we were really only there to sleep. However, we were guven a warm welcome on arrival by Kathy who was very helpful when I asked where to go for dinner. The hotel was clean and comfortable and suited our needs. Would stay again.
